According to sources, the meeting will be attended by Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla, senior officials of the Manipur government.
Till February 27, 705 arms, 9,743 ammunition and 320 explosives have been surrendered. Governor had made the appeal on February 20, 2025.
"This is a betrayal of justice and an insult to those who have lost their loved ones," the Kuki-Zo leaders said.

The move comes two days after a crucial meeting between the group’s leadership and Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Raj Bhavan on February 25.

AMBA expressed its belief that the Governor would use his office to restore peace and unity in the state at the earliest.
