Citing reasons for the inability to publish the final draft on scheduled time, NRC state co-ordinator Prateek Hajela said that devastating floods had hampered the process of updating the citizens register for at least 8-10 days.
However, the co-ordinator maintained that authorities will leave no stone unturned to publish the final draft at the earliest once it receives fresh notifications from the apex court.
