Vice President of the newly formed political party ‘Hamro Sikkim’ Bhaichung Bhutia has come down heavily on Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling for the Chief Minister’s remark on Bhutia.
Bhaichung Bhutia slammed the Chief Minister by calling him a ‘foolish person’ for his ignorance on the basic knowledge of football.
Reacting to Chamling’s remark on Bhaichung not contributing towards helping the state football players, the former India football captain turned politician said that it is the hard work that pays off in favor of the players, while giving an example of Barcelona star footballer Lionel Messi.
Bhutia further expressed disappointment after listening to the Chief Minister’s speech that was made yesterday while addressing a public interaction programme in East Sikkim.
