A massive fire broke out at the Happy Valley Bazaar in Shillong this evening. A total of 9 shops were burnt in the fire. As per sources, the fire broke out at a garment shop due to a shortcuit. These sheds had cloth and scrap shops besides others. The estimated loss is yet to be ascertained.
