The proposed 12 hours total shutdown in hill districts of Manipur called by the All Tribal Students Union Manipur (ATSUM) began this morning at 6 AM and will continue till
Every means of transport and commercial activity in Senapati, Churachandpur are halted. ATSUM has called for the bandh to protest the failure of the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) to implement the reservation policy in jobs.
