Wife kills husband with a machete, surrenders before police

In a shocking incident of murder, a woman killed her husband with a sharp machete in a fit of rage on Wednesday night in Assam’s Bajali.

As per reports, the woman, identified as Jutika Bora, killed her husband, Niranjan Bora, over a family feud at Golia under Bajali Subdivision in Assam.

After committing the crime, the accused, along with her six-year-old daughter, surrendered at Bhawanipur police station on Thursday morning.

Soon after that, the police arrived on the scene and recovered the machete that the accused used while committing the crime.

An FIR has been lodged in connection with the case.

The terrifying incident created a stressful situation in the vicinity.
