Adani’s net worth reached 97.6 billion dollars, jumping 7.7 billion dollars in a single day, to overtake Mukesh Ambani

After overcoming the furore surrounding the Hindenburg report, Gautam Adani is back to being the richest person in India, overtaking Reliance supremo Mukesh Ambani, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

Adani’s net worth reached 97.6 billion dollars, jumping 7.7 billion dollars in a single day, to overtake Mukesh Ambani who is trailing by a narrow margin with a net worth of 97 billion dollars, the report said.
Adani lost his position as India’s richest man almost a year ago after the Hindenburg allegations surfaced after he lost more than 150 million dollars in market value at one point last year but now he has bounced back after the Supreme Court verdict.

Gautam Adani is a billionaire industrialist who founded the Adani Group. He started his career as a diamond sorter for Mahendra Brothers.
