Tripura CM unhappy after ‘Surprise Visit’

Tripura CM Manik Saha unhappy after 'surprise visit' to PWD office. Many of the officials were found missing during the surprise visit.

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha today made a surprise visit at the office of the Public Works Department (PWD) in Agartala.

But what followed came as a shocker for Chief Minister Manik Saha as most of the staff were found missing. The Tripura Chief Minister expressed his displeasure over the attendance of the staff at that moment in the PWD office while accepting the fact that it has hampered the services towards the people.

Chief Minister Manik Saha who is in charge of PWD said that he will also visit other departments, just similar to his prior visit to the office of the health and family welfare department.

The Tripura Chief Minister added that his government will definitely try to restore the proper work culture among the government employees.

CM Saha added that the government employees should bring change in their attitude and realise that they are to give priority to public services.
