The Manipur Congress has submitted a memorandum to Manipur Governor Najma Heptulla in Imphal on Monday.
A 14-member team of the State Congress, led by former Chief Minister and CLP leader Okram Ibobi Singh and MPCC President Okendro Singh met Governor Heptulla at Raj Bhawan and submitted a memorandum, which has been addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, reiterating their stand on safeguard of Manipur’s territorial integrity post settlement of Naga issue.
