Tripura CM concerned about rising number of road accidents

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Tuesday expressed grave concern regarding the rising number of fatal road traffic accidents across the country, including in Tripura. During his address at the Swami Vivekananda Maidan stadium in Agartala, as part of the observance of National Road Safety Week 2024, CM Saha highlighted that over 1.68 lakh lives were lost to road accidents in India during the year 2023 alone.
