The Tinsukia police have arrested one person in connection with the Dhola killings.
According to top police sources, the arrested person identified as Dikla alias Jintu Gogoi of Bosagaon is suspected to be a linkman who had walked out free of jail only few days back.

Jintu Gogoi was also arrested earlier for his involvement in the killing of Bordumsa police station OC Bhaskar Kalita.
Gogoi who was produced before a local court was remanded to 5-day police custody.
Meanwhile, according to reports a team of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrived in Dhola to investigate the brutal killings.
As many as 5 people were killed by unidentified gunmen at Dhola in Tinsukia on Thursday night.
While reports were doing the rounds that the perpetrators were ULFA-I cadres, the outfit in an email communique categorically denied its involvement in the incident.
