Taxi crisis is wrecking havoc for the local people in Sikkim amid the ongoing tourist season, especially in Gangtok.
Tourist season in the state of Sikkim is at its peak and has already received 13 lakh tourists in just five months but due to excess inflow of tourists.
Local people are facing severe taxi crisis which is compelling them to stand in queues and wait for long hours just to board a taxi.
It is worth mentioning that such a constraint is being faced by local people when the state government has set a target to bring 20 lakh tourists in the state, this year.
