In a first, Nagaland will participate in Miss Universe India 2024

The age limit for participation is between 18 to 28 years, with a minimum height requirement of 5 feet 3 inches without heels.

For the very first time, Nagaland will be participating in the Miss Universe India 2024 scheduled to be held in Mexico on September 18. This was announced by the Beauty and Aesthetics Society of Nagaland (BASN) today.

The prestigious beauty pageant will be organised by Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

State-level competitions will be held in all states of India and the winner will represent their respective states on the global stage.

As part of this, the BASN will host Miss Universe Nagaland India in August. Auditions for this prestigious beauty pageant will take place on July 2 at Niathu Resort, Chumukedima.

To organise state-level competitions, Miss Universe India is appointing State directors from all states by associating with state pageants who can directly organise pageants in their respective states under the banner of Miss Universe India.

In Nagaland, BASN President Mele Pucho has been appointed as the state director.

Glamannd believes that this initiative will allow pageant aspirants to secure a place at the National Finale of Miss Universe India and also represent their respective states in front of not just India but the entire world.

The age limit for participation is 18 years and above with no height restrictions.
