- Consensus candidate of People’s Democratic Alliance
- S Supongmeren Jamir, INC
- Nagaland Cong President
- Hayithung Tungoe Lotha is contesting as an Independent candidate
- NDPP dropped its sitting Lok Sabha MP Tokheho Yepthomi and fielded Chumben Murry
- In 2019, Yepthomi got 5,00,510 votes and won the seat

- 2024: 57.72%
- 2019: 84.34%
- Total Voters in 2024: 13.15 lakh
TALKING POINT ON BIG DROP IN VOTER TURNOUT
- The sharpest drop in turnout percentage and actual number of voters was recorded in Nagaland’s lone Lok Sabha seat.
- While turnout fell by nearly 25 percentage points from 2019, the absolute number of voters dropped by 2.42 lakh despite an increase in the number of eligible electors by 1.04 lakh.
