Guwahati: Man found dead near Barsapara Cricket Stadium with injury marks

Sensation prevails in the Barsapara area of Guwahati after the recovery of a body near Gate Number 7 of the ACA Cricket Stadium, located in the area.

The body has been identified as that of one Prakash Boro who was a resident of Barsapara itself. Bodo’s wallet and mobile phone has been recovered from near his body.

There are deep injury marks on his back, suggesting Bodo was attacked by a sharp weapon.

The police has taken the custody of the body and are investigating the case.

Further details are awaited in connection with the death.
