Bike collides with electric pole, Class X boy, another minor dies

In a tragic incident, two youths including a Class 10 boy died in Assam’s Kamrup district on Tuesday when their bike collided with an electrical pole on the side of the road.
The incident took place at Palashbari area.

As per inputs, the two minors were on their way to a sporting event in Borihat on a motorcycle when the driver lost control and crashed into the electrical pole by the roadside.
The police team reached the accident spot and the victims were rushed to a nearby hospital. However, the doctors declared them brought dead.
On Sunday, at least three people were killed and four others injured when a speeding truck rammed into a car on National Highway-15 in Sonitpur.
The accident took place at around 4 am, near Bhergaon Saikia village under Dhekiajuli police station when the car was on its way to Paneri in Udalguri district from Tinsukia.
The deceased have been identified as Jyotish Barek and Pooja Chap, while the identity of the third deceased is yet to be known.
