Girl found lying nude, unconscious in Guwahati’s Bamunimaidam area

After being informed, police rushed to the spot and admitted woman to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for treatment.
Police in Guwahati have found an unidentified girl lying unconscious at a traffic point at Bamunimaidam area on Monday.
As per inputs, the girl was lying completely nude while her clothes were recovered at some distance.
After being informed, police rushed to the spot and admitted woman to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for treatment.
The police have launched a probe into the matter.
Meanwhile, it is being suspected that the girl was raped and left in an unconscious state last night.
Further investigation is underway.
