Assam Woman Manju Agarwal Found After Going Missing at Mahakumbh

Manju Devi, who arrived in Prayagraj on January 27, was accompanied by her husband, children, and in-laws to take part in the holy event.

Manju Devi Agarwal, a devotee from Baihata Chariali in Assam, who had gone missing during the ongoing Mahakumbh at Prayagraj, was found today at the Prayagraj Railway Station. She had been missing since yesterday after getting separated from her family during the sacred bathing ritual at the banks of the Ganga River.

Manju Devi, who arrived in Prayagraj on January 27, was accompanied by her husband, children, and in-laws to take part in the holy event. While performing their rituals, the family faced a moment of panic when her granddaughter suddenly went missing in the massive crowd. In the desperate search for the child, family members split up. Fortunately, the young girl was found after a short while.

After hours of searching, authorities finally located her at the Prayagraj Railway Station today.

Meanwhile, another devotee from Assam, Leela Devi from Tinsukia, remains missing. She, too, had arrived at the Mahakumbh with her family and was last seen at the riverbank during the holy dip. Despite extensive search efforts, there has been no trace of her so far. Authorities and family members continue to search, hoping for her safe return.
