Assam DGP GP Singh today once again asked the banned outfit, United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I), to disclose the location where the bodies of the two cadres it executed have been dumped, so that Assam Police can return the bodies to their respective families their last rites can be performed.

“With th help of any government, we will bring back the bodies of the executed youths. Please let us know where you left the bodies. The grieving families deserve this from you (ULFA-I),” DGP Singh wrote on X.

DGP GP Singh also made a clarion call to all the youths of the state and urged them not to destroy their lives by going to the jungles (forest) and join militant outfits.
