Police in Arunachal’s Balemu on Friday arrested a pick-up driver for allegedly raping a 38-year woman at Sikari Danga, in Arunachal’s West Kameng District. The accused has been identified as 29 years old Sujit Das, who is a resident of Hatibandha village in Assam’s Nagaon district.
