30 BJP, Congress leaders join TMC in Tripura
In a major boost to the Trinamool Congress in Tripura, 30 BJP and Congress leaders, including a Youth Congress secretary, have joined the party in the presence of West Bengal
In a major boost to the Trinamool Congress in Tripura, 30 BJP and Congress leaders, including a Youth Congress secretary, have joined the party in the presence of West Bengal law minister Bratya Basu.
Apart from minister Basu, 4 other party MPs have also landed in the state this morning and 5 others are reaching Agartala late tonight.
According to Trianmool leaders, over a 100 BJP and Congress leaders were supposed the join the party today but the party had to scale down the event as it was unable to secure police permission for such a large event.
