Pre-poll violence in Nagaland: NDPP candidate targetted in Dimapur; NCP supporter’s house attacked in Wokha

As Nagaland is bracing for polls, miscreants opened indiscriminate firing at the residece of NDPP’s Dimapur II candidate Moatoshi.
As per reports, the unidentified miscreants came in 2 vehicles and fired several shots. If reports are to be believed, several persons were injured in the incident.
Meanwhile, in what can be termed as another incident of pre-poll violence, an NCP supporter’s house was reportedly attacked and destroyed allegedly by miscreants in Wokha district late Saturday evening. According to sources, Tsenkathung Humtsoe, the victim has been hospitalized and an FIR has been lodged in connection with the case.
However, further details are awaited regarding both the incidents.
