Meghalaya BJP protests against Cong MP Sahu after unaccounted cash found in his multiple homes

More than Rs 100 crore was recovered from Congress Rajya Sabha MP Dhiraj Singh Sahu’s residences in Jharkhand and Odisha.

Meghalaya BJP, on Saturday,held a protest over the recovery of a huge amount of ‘unaccounted for’ cash and demanded stern action against Congress MP Dhiraj Prasad Sahu.

More than Rs 100 crore was recovered from Congress Rajya Sabha MP Dhiraj Singh Sahu’s residences by officials of Income Tax department.

Shouting anti-Congress slogans, the BJP activists assembled outside the BJP party office in Shillong and held a peaceful demonstration.

Vowing to fight against corruption, Meghalaya BJP leader Mariahom Kharkrang said that the money which was seized belongs to the people and should be returned to them.
