5 minor boys go missing in Nagaland; 2 bodies recovered

Two bodies from among five missing minor boys were recovered by a search party in Nagaland’s Zunheboto district today.

The five boys had gone missing on Sunday and sources cite that they had gone to the Tsutha river side to bathe. All five boys belong to Tuensang district.

Today search party recovered two bodies from among the five boys. The bodies have been handed over to their respective families.

The search operation is still on for the other three boys and while Zunheboto district commissioner has stated that the rains have gotten worse over the course of the day.

The local villagers, district officials and State Disaster Response Force team are carrying on the search operation.
