Assam: 65-year-old man brutally thrashed by youths in Dibrugarh

The victim Jiten Barua was attacked by two youths named Roni Roy and Devaraj Roy

In a shocking incident of violence, a 65-year-old man was severely beaten by two men in Dibrugarh.

The incident, which took place at Prafulla Residency apartment in Chowkidingee, was captured on CCTV cameras.

According to reports, Jiten Barua was attacked by two youths named Roni Roy and Devaraj Roy.

The video footage of the incident shows the two men repeatedly hitting Barua with their fists and kicking him.

The victim can be seen trying to defend himself as the two attackers continue their assault. The reason behind the attack is not known yet. The police have taken swift action and detained the two attackers. A case has been registered against them, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
