Assam woman gives birth to quadruplets

The mother, Junita Khasia, gave birth to three boys and a girl

In a rare incident, a woman in Assam’s Karimganj district gave birth to four babies at the Makunda Christian Missionary Hospital in Karimganj on Tuesday.

The mother, Junita Khasia, gave birth to three boys and a girl.

The babies are currently in the ICU ward of the Makunda Leprosy Cum General Hospital, and the condition of the mother is stated to be stable.

The mother is admitted to the maternity ward of the hospital.

The father, Lusting Khasia, has expressed his happiness on being blessed with four children.
Earlier, in 2021, a woman in Rangia, Assam, gave birth to quadruplets.
