Nagaland: Assam Rifles hold campaign on Cancer

Nagaland: Deliberations focus on various types of Carcinogenic agents which causes cancer. Risks of cancer explained to students.
The Shamator Battalion Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ 7 Sector Assam Rifles/ HQ inspector General Assam Rifles (North) conducted a awareness program on Cancer today.
The awareness campaign was carried out on the occasion of NATIONAL CANCER AWARENESS DAY at St Paul’s School, Noklak in Nagaland.
Team of CoB Noklak under CMO 14 Assam Rifles deliberated on the various types of Carcinogenic agents which causes cancer.
Biju Mathew , HeadMaster St Paul’s School, Noklak expressed his immense gratitude to the team of 14 Assam Rifles for educating & spreading awareness regarding serious risks of Cancer, to students.
National Cancer Awareness Day is observed every year on 07 November to raise awareness about the deadly disease. India reports around 1.1 million new cancer cases every year.
