MNF announces names of 39 candidates

The opposition Mizo National Front announced its list of candidates for the upcoming Assembly elections in the state. Top Congress leaders who deserted the party recently including Former State Home

The opposition Mizo National Front announced its list of candidates for the upcoming Assembly elections in the state.

Top Congress leaders who deserted the party recently including Former State Home Minister Lalzirliana and MLA Lalrinliana have been given tickets by the party. Aizawl FC owner Robert Romawia was also given the party ticket.

While Lalzirliana will contest from Tawi, Lalrinliana Sailo will battle it out from Chalfilh. Robert Romawia will contest from Aizawl East 2.

The MNF have announced the names of 39 candidates. Similar to the Congress, the MNF list has as many as 12 news faces. The candidate for Tuichawng cosntituency is yet to be announced.
