The Nagaland Government is all set to launch Virtual Labs in all government colleges across the state by October 2024, making it the first state in India to implement such an initiative. Notably, the demonstration was attended by Minister Temjen Imna Along along with senior secretaries from the department, and representatives from ITI Limited, emphasizing the government’s commitment to improving education outcomes through digital innovation.

Virtual Labs offer ‘Science in your pocket’, a concept that provides students with easy access to scientific experiments. This initiative is aimed at fostering a scientific mindset among the students necessary in today’s technology-driven world.
