Mizoram Lok Sabha MP C Lalrosanga on Wednesday moved the Centre and raised serious concern over the plight of Myanmar nationals entering and seeking refuge in the state.

The Mizoram Lok Sabha MP met Union Home Secretary Sanjeev Kumar and additional home secretary (Northeast) Piyush Goyal and informed them about the current situation.

During the meeting, the Lok Sabha MP urged upon the Centre to help in providing relief measures, medical relief for the refugees who had crossed over to the Indian side in Mizoram.
