Manipur Assembly Speaker Thokchom Satyabrata Singh, the man whose signature is at the top along with other Manipur BJP MLAs in the purported six-page letter demanding the removal of Chief Minister N Biren Singh dodges a direct question from Northeast Live. So is there a secret revolt again against Manipur chief Minister Biren Singh by nearly 20 BJP legislators in the trouble-torn state? Two pieces of a purported six page letter is in circulation wherein 19 state BJP legislators are supposed to have demanded removal of biren Singh as chief minister. The letter was claimed to have been submitted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi a few days ago.
