“Will not go against interests of indigenous people”: Arunachal Dy CM Chowna Mein on CAB

Arunachal Pradesh government has communicated the concerns of the people of the State in regards to the Citizenship Amendment Bill to the Centre. This was stated by Arunachal Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein.

The Deputy Chief Minister further said that the State Government will stand with the people and wont go against the interests of the indigenous people of the State.

However, on asked when the report of the final Consultative meeting on CAB, held on November 20 will be submitted to the Centre, the Deputy Chief Minister could not provide any specific time.
