Sub-inspector Pema Wangchu alerting the innocent villagers said don't let yourself fall victim and lose your hard-earned money.

With the rising cases of cyber fraud, Jang police in a bid to create awareness among the innocent villagers of the Indo-China border organised an awareness camp on cyber fraud and drug abuse at Mago village under Jang Sub-Division in Arunachal’s Tawang district on Tuesday.

The Officer in charge of Jang Police station, sub-inspector Pema Wangchu alerting the innocent villagers said don’t let yourself fall victim and lose your hard-earned money.

Cyber frauds are always trying to allure innocent people by asking them to claim winning prize money and cars by depositing a certain amount of money.

Once the money you deposit, you will neither get the money nor the prize. You cannot even trace these frauds, they are from distant cities and states, Wangchu asserted.

He also cautioned the innocent villagers to stay away from drugs abuses, nor even to indulge in such illegal activities and illicit trafficking.

Moreover, he also sought all possible cooperation of the villagers for the Indian Army posted within Ma go village saying it would strengthen Army civilian bonhomie and our border security.
