Guwahati: To boost up morale, a special screening of Sooryavansi directed by Rohit Shetty has been arranged by Kokrajhar Police in Bongaigaon. In the special screening, approximately 300 police personnel along with personnel from Kokrajhar police and 7APBn attended the show.

Taking to Twitter, Korajhar Police wrote “When Real meets the Reel! A special screening of #Sooryavanshi was arranged by Kokrajhar Police in Bongaigaon, in which approx. 300 police personnel including personnel from Kokrajhar Police & 7APBn attended the show. @CMOfficeAssam @akshaykumar @RanveerOfficial @ajaydevgn”. Sooryavanshi is director Rohit Shetty’s much-anticipated flick released last Friday. Akshay Kumar plays Veer Sooryavanshi, an Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) officer who sets out to preserve Mumbai, India, and his son Aryan, as well as others like him. In the film, he beats up on thugs and chases down possible terrorists while parkouring across rooftops, all for the sake of protecting his son Aryan and others like him.
