Sikkim CM Tamang Chairs Meeting To Review Jorethang Maghey Sankranti Mela Preparations

A coordination meeting was held at the Jorethang Community Hall under the leadership of Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang Golay on Saturday to finalise preparations for the upcoming Jorethang Maghey Sankranti Mela, a cherished annual celebration in Sikkim.
The event aims to celebrate the state’s cultural heritage while fostering unity and pride among residents. This year’s mela promises a unique blend of traditional values and modern elements, ensuring a memorable experience for participants and visitors alike.
Sharing the update on X, CM Tamang expressed his dedication to making the event a grand success. The mela is expected to feature vibrant cultural programs, exhibitions, and activities, drawing visitors from across the region to celebrate Sikkim’s rich legacy.
