For the 53rd consecutive year, Shillong celebrated legendary American singer Bob Dylan’s birthday as the Tambourine Man turned 83. This year too, the Lou Majaw Foundation organised Bob Dylan’s birthday celebration in collaboration with Meghalaya Tourism at SoSo Tham Auditorium in Shillong.
