SBI official murder case: Arrested trio sent to 14 day police custody

The 3 accused suspected, involved in the infamous Junu murder case, allegedly works for the Bank Loan mafia.

The three arrests were made 72 hours after senior SBI official Junu Sharma was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in the middle of a busy road in Agyathuri near Guwahati.

Police had conducted raid at the SBI’s Dadara Branch and seized many documents following allegations that financial misappropriation tuning to huge amounts were levelled by Junu Sharma’s husband, who also works for the SBI.
