The opening ceremony of the 11th General Assembly of Asian Buddhist Conference For Peace (ABCP) was held at Ullanbator in Mongolia.
Ullanbator which is the centre of Mongolian Buddhism witnessed an elaborate colorful cultural presentation followed by an address by the President of Mongolia.
Asian Buddhist Conference for Peace is committed to peace initiatives and India has been playing an instrumental role through ABCP National Centre India headquarters at New Delhi.
ABCP works in tandem with United Nations Social and Cultural wing. ABCP is also celebrating 50 years of service to world peace.
