The NSCN-IM has said that the leaders of the working committee of the Naga National Political Groups or the NNPGs have presented themselves as a ‘confused bunch of people’ by disconnecting themselves from Naga political history as a nation during talks with the Government of India.
The outfit, in a press release, alleged that the NNPGs were easily manipulated when sitting across the table negotiating in the name of Naga political solution and became ‘yes men.’
The NSCN-IM further stated that it has become a matter of shame and disgrace for the Nagas because there were forces at work waiting to exploit the absurdity on the part of some so-called Naga leaders claiming to be in talks with the Centre on the Naga political solution.
