The NSCN-IM has denied involvement in the ambush incident at Sanliam village in Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday.
An Assam Rifles personnel was martyred in the encounter with insurgents in the area.
In a statement issued today, the NSCN-IM said it has nothing to do with the encounter at a place near Sanliam village in Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh. The outfit also slammed reports of its involvement in the attack.
