Music video featuring 9 Northeastern artists to be released on Nov 15 as tribute to nature

‘Through Her Eye’ a music video featuring as many as nine artists from Northeast India is all set to be released on November 15 as a poetic tribute to the nature and environment.

The music video has been created by Zubaan in collaboration with nine talented artists of six different language from Northeast to create a rich musical tapestry in six different languages such as –Ao-Naga, Assamese, Chokri-Naga, English, Khasi, and Meiteilon.

The artists from diverse musical genres are–Mercy Tetseo, Kuvelu Tetseo, Azine Tetseo,Alune Tetseo, Tipriti Kharbhangar,Mangka,Moarenla Ao,Sunita Bhuyan and Anungla Zoe Longkumer.

Zubaan is an independent feminist publishing house that publishes fiction, nonfiction, academic, young adult and children’s books.

‘Through Her Eye’ is the first ever music collaboration of Zubaan with artists from Northeast.

The promo of the music video is already out and the full video will be released on November 15 on Zubaan’s YouTube channel.
