The number of COVID-19 cases in Mizoram crossed the 800-mark on Tuesday, with 26 more testing positive for coronavirus.

The COVID-19 tally in the state has mounted to 815, as per data provided by the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Mizoram.

Of the 26 fresh cases, 16 were reported from Aizawl district, five from Kolasib district, four from Lunglei district and one from Hnahthial district.

As per the bulletin released, there are 443 active cases while 372 patients have recovered from the disease.

So far no fatalities due to COVID-19 has been reported in the state.
