The Ministry of Home Affairs today held a high-level security meet with top army and civil administration officials from Assam, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh at the Army base in Dinjan

The Ministry of Home Affairs today held a high-level security meet with top army and civil administration officials from Assam, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh at the Army base in Dinjan in Eastern Assam.

The meeting was attended by Joint Secretary (Northeast), Satyendra Garg, who reviewed the security situation in the three states in view of the ensuing elections.

Attended by two army GoCs from the region and top police officials from the three states, the meeting stressed on synergy among security forces operating in the region.
