Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma said that the state government has fast tracked everything and made a lot of headway for the National Games 2022 and that the land identification for sporting facility has started.
Talking to news persons soon after the meeting held on Thursday for the National Games 2022, Sangma said that the Government has already floated the Expression of Interest for consultants for mega sporting event of National Games and that land identification for sporting facility has started.
He said that the government is also continuously discussing about the investment which is needed to be made from the Union Government for hosting the event.
