The rally began at around 11 am today and is being carried out in the hills districts of Manipur including Churachandpur, Kangpokpi and Senapati. Manipur government has beefed up security along the rally route and across the hill districts to avoid any untoward incident. The rally has been peaceful so far. Organisations like the Sadar Hills Tribals Union on Land and Forest (SHITULF) and Tribal Churches Leaders Forum (TCLF) have supported the rally.
