6-yr-old boy falls into borewell while playing in UP’s Hapur, rescue efforts underway

Panic and chaos gripped the area over the incident.

A 6-year-old boy fell into a 60-feet-deep bore-well while playing in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur. Villagers were alerted by the cries of the boy from inside the well.

The bore-well belongs to the Hapur municipality. According to initial reports, a team of National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) has reached the spot and efforts are underway to rescue the infant.
