The counting of votes for the Panchayat and two municipal bodies in Arunachal Pradesh is currently underway. In the Pasighat Municipal Council, BJP has won 6 wards of the total
The counting of votes for the Panchayat and two municipal bodies in Arunachal Pradesh is currently underway.
In the Pasighat Municipal Council, BJP has won 6 wards of the total 8 seats, while Congress managed to win the remaining two.
Meanwhile, JD(U) has won 4 wards in the Itanagar Municipal Corporation, from the 15 wards of the total 20 where polling was held.
The counting for the remaining 11 seats are on.
The elections for the Panchayat and civic bodies was simultaneously held on Tuesday.
