Arunachal girl Duyir Ete crowned VogueStar Miss India 2024

Bringing laurels to her state and the Northeast, Arunachal girl Duyir Ete has been crowned VogueStar Miss India 2024. The grand event was held from April 11 to April 16 in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
In her triumphant moment, Duyir exclaimed, “Be bold, be kind, and believe in the power of your dreams. Let’s inspire the world together!”
A lawyer by profession, 29 years old Duyir was born in Darka Village of Aalo in West Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh. Duyir practiced at Gauhati High Court Itanagar permanent bench.
It was in 2011 that she for the first time participated in a beauty pageant and bagged the Miss Beauty of Arunachal 2011 title and Best Catwalk subtitle.
Driven by a profound passion for service and a relentless desire to empower women, Ete’s journey has been guided by an unwavering commitment to make a positive impact on society.
Duyir Ete is looking forward to competing in international beauty pageants and bringing home more laurels while showcasing the rich culture and tradition of Arunachal Pradesh in global platforms. She aspires to be the ambassador of her state and the region.
Born to Jumdo Ete and Moyo Bagra Ete, Duyir has three loving, doting and encouraging brothers – Duli, Nyape and Dujom Ete.
