DCM Chowna Mein has asked the DCs to address all issues delaying land acquisition and implementation of CSST&DS-AP before 24th of next month

Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Minister-In-Charge of Power, Chowna Mein has given a month’s time till December 24, 2023 to Deputy Commissioners (DCs) of the 20 districts of the state to address on priority all pending land issues and speed up acquisition of land needed for power projects to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the state without any further delay and expedite implementation of projects under the Comprehensive Scheme for Strengthening of Transmission & Distribution System in Arunachal Pradesh (CSST&DS-AP).

The Deputy CM suggested creation of separate cell for the project and also to take the help of local representatives to resolve the complicated land issues that has been delaying the acquisition process and hampering implementation of CSST&DS-AP.
