Representatives of All Assam Students’ Union and Sadou Asom Karmachari Parishad met NRC State Coordinator Prateek Hazela.

The organizations discussed the NRC process as well as the welfare of the NRC workers in the state.

Both the associations joined hands a few days ago over the intensified stir on the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill.

They had previously said that they would urge the state government to ensure an error free National Registrar of Citizens.
